A lot of spring ball talk has centered around the return of A-squared to the lineup after he sat out his junior season with a serious concussion. He is back, stronger than ever and ready to have his senior season be his best season. There is no denying that his presence on the field has been felt by his team and the coaching staff.
On Saturday, we also welcomed back Coach Pangia, Coach Haskins and Coach Levy and were visited by Mike Derice.
Due to the track meet, there were lots of reps for the skill guys and they took it in stride.
The lesson of the day was to have a purpose in mind and practice for that purpose. Realize that there is a reason that we do what we do.
