Leverage

Tuesday's practice included some nice interceptions on defense, high tempo and the correction of earlier mistakes.

Tuesday focused on Leverage.

Leverage defined:
1. the action of a lever.
2. the mechanical advantage or power gained by using a lever.
3. power or ability to act or to influence people, events, decisions, etc.; sway:

Leverage can defeat strength.

“The greasiest leverage you can create for yourself is the pain that comes from inside, not outside. Knowing that you have failed to live up to your own standards for your life is the ultimate pain." - Unknown

I want to make note of the solid work being put in this spring by Abdul Jalil and Gavin Gratson, two rookies that have shown impressive work ethic.
